Our Commitment to a Safe Workplace
Saksoft is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for every employee. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of sexual harassment.
An Internal Committee (IC) has been constituted to address complaints promptly, fairly, and confidentially. Any employee who experiences or witnesses harassment may raise a complaint by writing to safeharbour@saksoft.co.in or by submitting a written complaint directly to any IC member. All complaints are treated with strict confidentiality, and no retaliation of any kind will be tolerated against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Other ways to register a complaint: SHeBox
The SHe-Box (Sexual Harassment electronic Box) is a centralized, online portal launched by India’s Ministry of Women & Child Development to allow women to file complaints of workplace sexual harassment. It is designed to act as a single-window platform for employees. Refer the below manual on how a complaint can be raise using the SHeBox portal
