The bank also operates digital banking channels, including mobile and internet banking, to provide account management, payments, transfers, and other financial services electronically.

What did we do?

  • Prima allows to configure various promos which would benefit their customers and keep them intact.

  • Bank customers can redeem their points, if needed along with the amount (fast track) through Net banking

  • Customers can choose to pay for Flight / Hotel / Movie tickets booked using e-Vouchers provided by the bank generated through Prima.

  • Webservice / portal to integrate with service providers

  • Flexibility in defining elaborate marketing campaigns

  • Allows customers to directly access their Loyalty Management Account for verification & redemption. Introduced new configurations to control the daily, monthly and quarterly capping of cash redemption to control the mass cashback redemption requests without proper limits earlier.

  • Handling 4.5 Cr + Active Credit Card customers, 60 lakh + daily transactions and 9 Cr + Avg. Reward points per day.

  • Running 750 + (Daily, Cyclically & Monthly Frequency) promotional campaigns successfully

  • Customer level capping stops the reward points leakage. 44 running configurations with customer & account level limits which covers 450 + promos.
