Developed, an enterprise web application that provides relevant and timely updates of water situation island wide, in Singapore. The system comprises of modules like Water Situation Reporting System , Operations Reporting and Information System, Geospatial Dashboards and Water System Optimisation. We used tools like Business Process Management & Rule Engine, SCADA – OPC Interface.
When a Telecom company wanted to address delayed O2A cycle time and cut down wait times in terms of completing customer orders, we built predictive analytics models to prioritize orders, optimize resource utilization and use valuable inputs to accelerate O2A cycle time. The result was a faster O2A cycle and improvement in productivity.
We supported a water company in the UK that provides mains water and sewerage services in the English counties on SAP BusinessObjects Analytics. Our Customer Support Portal was leveraged to support end-to-end activities involved in support process. The customer used Customer Portal, call and email to log issues with severity to improve the response time, track progress and seek resolution to issues.
