Mr.Aditya Krishna, is a M.A.(Economics) from St. Stephens College, New Delhi and MBA (Finance & Marketing) from Northeastern University, Boston, USA. Aditya started his career with Chase Manhattan Bank N.A, New York, USA. He also completed a three year Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School, Boston USA between 2010-2012.
Aditya was with Citibank N.A, New York, USA from 1987 to 1990 as a member of the business analysis department of the Credit Card Business and from 1990 to 1995 was Vice President – Credit Director & Financial Controller, Citibank N.A, India responsible for managing Citibank India’s credit card portfolio.
Mr. Aditya Krishna was the founder promoter of Nation Wide Finance Ltd. and was the Managing Director of the company from 1995 to 2001 In year 2000, Mr. Aditya Krishna sold 74% of the company to Citigroup, Inc and managed a transition to a Citigroup management team for 12 months and sold the balance 26% to Citigroup in 2003. The company was called Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd and was the market leader in small ticket, sub prime lending and was a part of the global Citifinancial finance arm of Citigroup.
He was a Director in Kennametal India Ltd (erstwhile Widia (India) Ltd) from 1991 to 2002 as a member of the promoter group. He was also on the board of Ing Vysya Bank as an independent director from 2007 to 2013.

Niraj Kumar Ganeriwal is the Chief Financial Officer at Saksoft. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of Finance. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Niraj started his career with S. R Batliboi, (member firm of Ernst & Young, India), a leading professional audit firm in India where he led teams of audit staff in various audit and consulting assignments. Niraj has also worked with in the pharma industry, as Finance Controller where he gained expertise in varied fields of finance and was responsible for corporate planning and strategy.
Balaji brings with him 27 years of experience in IT services with a special focus on the telecom domain. Prior to joining Saksoft, Balaji served as Global Portfolio Head for Network Services at Tech Mahindra.
Balaji has been in various leadership roles in Tech Mahindra and before that in RPG Cellular and BHEL. His most recent position in Tech Mahindra included service delivery, technology strategy, innovation management, mergers & acquisitions and pre-sales. In his new role at Saksoft, Balaji will be responsible for facilitating and supporting all aspects of business growth. This will include bid management, proposals, pre-sales, and working with the sales teams to design and launch new service offerings, etc.
Dhiraj Mangla is the Executive Vice President and Global Delivery Head for Saksoft. He has over 23 years of experience in IT industry and has been successful in delivering a large portfolio of projects. He has extensive experience working with clients across multiple sectors such as Banking, Telecommunications and Manufacturing, and in different geographies such as USA, UK & APAC. He has successfully engaged and managed delivery of several business applications from concept-to-completion with a high level of control in customer relationship management. In his current role he is responsible for end to end offshore delivery of information management, application development and testing projects for Saksoft.

Gopakumar N Kavunkal (Gopa) is the Senior Vice President & Global Head of Information Management Services (IM) at Saksoft. He has over two decades of experience in global outsourcing business including Sales, Strategic Business & Technology Planning, Global Sourcing & Contract Negotiations, Business Process Transformation and IT Process management. Prior to joining Saksoft, Gopakumar held leadership roles at Quadrant 4 and Mascon Global both in India and abroad.
At Saksoft, he is leading the strategy and operations for Information Management practice. Gopa has outstanding track record for leading, developing IT products and solutions across industries including Banking & Financials, Transportation & Logistics, HR, Payroll & Benefits, Travel and Hospitality and Consulting.
Bhaskar has over 23 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management and Operations Management. He has worked across various roles in the Engineering, and IT Services industries. At Saksoft, Bhaskar drives the Sales and Account Management relationship with clients in India and APAC and also heads the professional services business in these regions. He is also a key member of the marketing team helping the organization move into the next phase as a digital transformation partner.

Jonathan is the Chief Commercial Officer – Acuma Solutions in the UK. He is an accomplished Business Intelligence specialist who has consistently delivered strategic solutions to customers in the UK. With skills in almost all products and platforms in the Business Intelligence area, Jonathan has also architected acusend,Saksoft’s Information Distribution Platform. Jonathan manages the Managed Services team and also handles key accounts for Saksoft in the UK.
Abhishek heads the Center of Excellence of Agile at DreamOrbit. Abhishek’s strength is developing strategy, planning and execution of expertise led Delivery Excellence. He plays a significant role in developing and scaling the value based delivery function of DreamOrbit. He is adept at engaging with Senior leaders of Enterprises to craft their IT strategy, develop & execute value based engagement models and establish lasting relationships. Prior to co-founding DreamOrbit, he has worked in Infosys, Aditi Technologies and CircleSource. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Sanchit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Before co-founding DreamOrbit, Sanchit worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Aditi Technologies and CircleSource. Stewarding the growth and upgrading the quality of technology services, leading innovation management, market development, strategic planning of business operations are a few of the skills that Sanchit has imbibed in his 20 years long enriched experience in the industry.
Vivek Srivastava has over 16 years of experience in Quality Engineering. During his professional career, he has held various portfolios leading QA & Test Automation for clients across the globe. He brings hands on experience in building automation frameworks, QA transformations and establishing a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE).He was instrumental in building Saksoft testing team and has handled complex, multi-country and large-scale technology transformations. Vivek also bring a rich wealth of experience in mobility. Prior to Saksoft, his last assignment was with Newgen Software Tech Ltd for more than 9 years.
Swaraj Dash heads the US Solution Sales at Saksoft. He has over 18 years of Sales and Business Development experience across different verticals including Fintech, Logistics, Healthcare, and eCommerce. Before joining Saksoft, Swaraj was responsible for carrying out business development activities in the US & Europe for companies like Cognizant and Virtusa. At Saksoft, Swaraj is responsible for spearheading business development, managing client relations, fostering strategic alliances, managing sales staff across various group companies and partnerships. He holds an Mechanical Engineering degree from Utkal University and a PGDBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
Avantika has over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management and Human Resources Management. She holds a Master degree in HR from Kings College, London & MBA (Marketing & Management) from Fordham University, New York.
