Xtend is a Partner program for customers who have adopted
IT outsourcing as a proactive strategy. It has proven
to be a cost effective program to sustain a large IT team
without building it in-house. Xtend helps our customers
to:
- Focus on core competency areas.
- Increase ability to manage peak loads, technology
maneuverability and skill availability.
- Reduce cost of continuous demand to upgrade skills
and sustain internal IT teams.
In the Xtend Program,
- We become a long-term outsourcing partner.
- We work on a mixed model (onsite and offsite).
We can help form teams at short notice, bring in cross-customer
learning, cost economics and the requisite skills needed
for the day. We can then align these teams quickly with
your specific processes/methods - thus create a synergy
team.
With strong development, testing, support and operations
teams at our facilities in India, we have the ability
to set up dedicated Offshore Resource Centers (ORCs).
Based on the customers needs, we can provide on-site expertise
for completely autonomous teams or directly supervised
teams.
