Aditya Krishna, the Founder and the Managing Director of the Saksoft Group, spearheads Saksoft's growth across domains & geographies. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. After a long career with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and later with Citibank, New York, he relocated to India in 1990, as part of a four-member team to establish Citibank´s Credit Card business in the country. Instrumental in developing the in-house software to run credit card operations, Aditya founded Saksoft in 2000 and drives the business development efforts.
Govindarajan, is Saksoft's Global Head of Delivery. Govind has more than 21 years of experience in the IT industry in systems development , implementations and Consulting with over 10 of those years associated with technical leadership, delivery management and practice management responsibilities.
Govindarajan has had successful stints with majors like Misys,
Oracle Corp, Citicorp and Tata Unisys and Geneva Software .
He has been in varied industry sectors like Banking,
Telecommunications, Transportation and Defense. He has
extensive experience in setting up development and support
operations, product and application development and management
including quality assurance processes.
Sampath Rengachari, is the Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. He has more than two decades of IT services and education management expertise coupled with innovative approaches to client engagements and business models. Prior to Saksoft, Sampath handled a variety of roles at Mascon Global, where his last assignment was to manage the Global Marketing Operations and Asia Pacific Sales. Sampath also worked with NIIT for more than 14 years handling organization wide responsibilities. Sampath will be part of the core team that will drive new initiatives to propel Saksoft as a specialist Information Management service provider.
Annu Thomas, heads HR for the Saksoft group. Based at Chennai, she is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience - last 10 years in Human Resources Management, including Staffing and Recruitment, Salary and Benefits Administration, Performance Management and Organizational Development. In her last assignment as Human Resources Administrator for the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism in New York, she enabled the organization to establish progressive and effective HR policy, practices and positive employee relations.
Vivek Agarwal, leads the business development for India and the Middle East and is responsible for sales and marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships in these emerging markets He has been with Saksoft since its inception and has also led the sales and marketing teams in Asia Pacific and Europe. in positioning Saksoft as a niche business solutions provider in the financial services industry. He played a key role in the integration of Saksoft and Acuma’s market offerings to expand the product and service portfolio of both organisations. Vivek is an MBA from NITIE, Mumbai and has previously held senior management positions with Diageo and Oriflame.

N K Subramaniyam, Executive Director - Operations and Technology, started his career as a scientist at ISRO. An M.Tech from IIT, Chennai, he joined the technology arm of Citigroup. He established the Banking and Financial Services line of the business at Birlasoft where he was the Chief Technology Officer. He brings with him vast knowledge of technology, domain and the industry. He has the experience of being involved in product development and implementation, managing a large multi-vendor implementation project, training, software quality assurance and managing large teams.
Naushad Ahmed, is the Executive Vice President at Saksoft, North American operations. He has over 24 years of experience in the IT products and services industry. Before joining Saksoft he founded Intelligium, an award winning infrastructure services provider. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and COO of the merged entity of Birla Technologies and PSI Data Systems in the US, a position he assumed after completing a long stint with NIIT Technologies in the US as their Vice President for software services. Naushad was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2008 by TiE Atlanta, and awarded the Catalyst Top 25 Entrepreneurs and Ones to Watch Award for 2007 by Catalyst Magazine.
Arpita Agrawal, is the Vice President of Testing Group. Arpita has completed her M.Sc (Maths) from Meerut University and an Executive M.B.A, Business Leadership from IIM, Ahmedabad. With over 19 years of Global experience, Arpita started her career with NIIT, where she led computer projects for global clients. Subsequently, Arpita joined Birlasoft as the Delivery Head of Global Operations before heading the Testing CoE. At Birlasoft, Arpita’s responsibilities included IT Business Development through sales and pre-sales teams spread across various geographies and delivery for onsite & offshore projects using various technologies and vendor management. Arpita then joined Fidelity International where she served as Head, Testing Center of Excellence before joining Saksoft.
Niraj Kumar Ganeriwal, is the Chief Financial Officer at Saksoft. He has 10 years of experience in the field of Finance.
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Niraj started his career with S. R Batliboi, (member firm of Ernst & Young, India), a leading professional audit firm in India where he led teams of audit staff in various audit and consulting assignments. Niraj has also worked at Arvind Remedies Ltd., as Finance Manager where he gained expertise in varied fields of finance and was responsible for corporate planning and strategy.
Nakul Passi - Sales Director, Nakul has an overall sales experience of 13 years with experience in new customer acquisition, scale-up, account mining, restructuring business operations and customer relationship management in a number of domains including Telecom, Transportation, Financial Services, Advisory Services amongst others. His expertise lies in understanding client relationships, transitioning customers from projects to service delivery model and developing strategic customers. Prior to joining Saksoft, Nakul was with Birlasoft as Associate Vice President Sales where he led teams of sales & account managers as a key member of the global leadership team.
