Aditya Krishna, the Founder, Chairman and the Managing Director of the Saksoft Group, spearheads Saksoft’s growth across domains and geographies. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. After a long career with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and later with Citibank, New York, he relocated to India in 1990 as part of a four-member team to establish Citibank’s Credit Card business in the country and was also instrumental in developing the in-house software to run credit card operations. Aditya founded Saksoft in 2000 and drives the business development efforts.
Niraj Kumar Ganeriwal is the Chief Financial Officer at Saksoft. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Finance. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Niraj started his career with S. R Batliboi, (member firm of Ernst & Young, India), a leading professional audit firm in India where he led teams of audit staff in various audit and consulting assignments. Niraj has also worked with in the pharma industry, as Finance Controller where he gained expertise in varied fields of finance and was responsible for corporate planning and strategy.
Amit has over twenty four years in sales and sales management in the IT and the outsourcing industry with ICL, IBM, HP, Syntel, Xansa and TechMahindra. He has held business development roles across various industry segments, Telecoms, Financial Services, Retail, Hi-tech manufacturing, Software and Internet infrastructure.
Amit has a strong business and technology foundation and a proven ability to effectively strategize and sell technology solutions, conceive business plans and implement them to grow market share. Amit’s experience lies in leading high growth sales organizations, leading Mergers & Acquisition efforts, driving strategic alliances and managing client engagement organizations.
Dhiraj Mangla is the Executive Vice President and Global Delivery Head for Saksoft. He has over 18 years of experience in IT industry and has been successful in delivering a large portfolio of projects. He has extensive experience working with clients across multiple sectors such as Banking, Telecommunications and Manufacturing, and in different geographies such as USA, UK & APAC. He has successfully engaged and managed delivery of several business applications from concept-to-completion with a high level of control in customer relationship management. In his current role he is responsible for end to end offshore delivery of information management, application development and testing projects for Saksoft.
Gopakumar N Kavunkal (Gopa) is the Senior Vice President & Global Head of Information Management Services (IM) at Saksoft.
He has over two decades of experience in global outsourcing business including Sales, Strategic Business & Technology Planning, Global Sourcing & Contract Negotiations, Business Process Transformation and IT Process management. Prior to joining Saksoft, Gopakumar held leadership roles at Quadrant 4 and Mascon Global both in India and abroad.
At Saksoft, he will be leading the strategy and operations for Information Management practice. Gopa has outstanding track record for leading, developing IT products and solutions across industries including Banking & Financials, Transportation & Logistics, HR, Payroll & Benefits, Travel and Hospitality and Consulting.
Bhaskar has over 18 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management and Operations Management. He has worked across various roles in the Engineering, and IT Services industries. At Saksoft, Bhaskar drives the Sales and Account Management relationship with clients in India and APAC and also heads the professional services business in these regions. He is also a key member of the marketing team helping the organization move into the next phase as a digital transformation partner.
Jonathan is the Director for Consulting services in the UK. He is an accomplished Business Intelligence specialist who has consistently delivered strategic solutions to customers in the UK. With skills in almost all products and platforms in the Business Intelligence area, Jonathan has also architected acusend,Saksoft’s Information Distribution Platform. Jonathan manages the Managed Services team and also handles key accounts for Saksoft in the UK.
Prachi M Kaul is onboard as AVP- Human Resources heading the global HR function. As a HR professional her majority of experience lies working as a HR Business Partner enabling business objective and people’s aspirations to run in sync. Having worked in the manufacturing and IT industries, she has evolved with growing organizations. Her experience of successfully transforming SMEs makes her focused on processes, culture and learning initiatives. She is a Master in Business Administration specializing in Human resource and an Economics graduate from Delhi University. In her current role she heads HR strategic alliances and operations from the parent company. With our teams spread in India, US, UK and Singapore the HR function ensures to keep it’s people abreast with international work standards and knowledge.
Prem is working as AVP-Engineering and Global Testing Business Unit Head. He has 16 plus years of extensive experience in Software Development and Testing areas with diversified experience in consulting, development and testing across product development and IT services companies including Oracle, Relsys, GlobalLogic, Emageon and Syncata. His primarily role includes client engagement, presales, Manage testing practices in Functional, Automation, Mobility, Performance and Security and research on new emerging technologies & tools and managing pilot programs with clients. His diversified experience across Large, Mid size and Startup organizations comes handy in managing wide range of customer requirement and solve wide range of business problems. He has vast experience across industry segments Health Sciences, Travel, Retail, Ecommerce, Financial services and ERP across USA, Canada, UK, Europe and APAC regions. Prem possess Master’s degree in Computer Application, Post-graduation in Management (IT), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Gamification expert.
Abhishek heads the Center of Excellence of Agile at DreamOrbit. Abhishek’s strength is developing strategy, planning and execution of expertise led Delivery Excellence. He plays a significant role in developing and scaling the value based delivery function of DreamOrbit. He is adept at engaging with Senior leaders of Enterprises to craft their IT strategy, develop & execute value based engagement models and establish lasting relationships. Prior to co-founding DreamOrbit, he has worked in Infosys, Aditi Technologies and CircleSource. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Sanchit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Before co-founding DreamOrbit, Sanchit worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Aditi Technologies and CircleSource. Stewarding the growth and upgrading the quality of technology services, leading innovation management, market development, strategic planning of business operations are a few of the skills that Sanchit has imbibed in his 15 years long enriched experience in the industry.
Harish is a thorough finance professional with a keen eye for business. With a dynamic and rich professional experience in Corporate Finance for more than a decade, Harish excels in taking up leadership roles for Strategy and Business Finance. Prior to joining DreamOrbit , he held senior positions at CircleSource and Karnataka Hybrid Micro Devices Limited. As the Chief Financial Officer, he leads the Financial Planning and Analysis function of the organization and is responsible for delivering the business plans, forecasts, and analysis, thereby guiding the business with the help of various trend analysis helping greatly in achieving the business goals.
